Remove Block Creators from Core-1 & Cancel Vesting

This proposal, if passed, signals for the removal of BlockCreators (juno17py8gfneaam64vt9kaec0fseqwxvkq0flmsmhg) from the Core-1 SubDAO (juno1j6glql3xmrcnga0gytecsucq3kd88jexxamxg3yn2xnqhunyvflqr7lxx3). A Core-1 internal SubDAO proposal should be used to accomplish this within 30 days should this proposal pass. If the action is not taken within 30 days, a software upgrade. Further, their community controlled genesis Core-1 vesting account shall be canceled via a software upgrade. These unvested funds here will be moved back to the community pool.

Reason:

• Lack of any meaningful contributions to the network since inception

YES: Agree to remove BlockCreators from Core-1 including their genesis vesting account controlled by the community.

NO: Disagree remove BlockCreators from Core-1 and leave their genesis vesting account untouched.

NO WITH VETO: Disagree with the proposal and want depositor(s) penalized.

ABSTAIN: Decline to give an opinion on this proposal.
